Gaya is getting stronger in the sector of tourism business today because of its heritage sites. Hotel business is also growing rapidly in Gaya . Now a days it is good to invest in hotels. Gaya has also got a 3 star hotel and resort 'Sambodhi Retreat' 4 km south of Bodhi temple of Bodhgaya. More on there are many hotels still in underconstruction like Galaxy and Imperial Blue. Gaya is hitting the top in its tourism business all thanks to the heritage that Gaya has gotten from its past. Gaya city is too developing rapidly and investors are taking interest in its corporate. Franchisee are franchising more and more mega stores like v2 and v-mart but their is a lack of the biggest retail store of India 'BIGBAZAAR'. Youths as well as olds are waiting for it. Someone needs to open this in gaya. The infrastructure of gaya is getting better and better. People here are living a well life in their well maintained houses,specially in mega colony like A.P colony.
Housing sectors are also involving in gaya. The biggest example of it is the 'vastu vihar'. People here are getting better house to live now.
